When you access our website, you’re acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions. If you don’t agree, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our services. We may update these terms at any time without prior notice, so it’s a good idea to check back regularly.

USE OF SERVICES

Our products and services are meant for lawful, personal, or business use only. Please don’t use our services to send unsolicited materials, spam, or any content that’s illegal, offensive, or violates someone else's rights.

ORDER ACCURACY

It’s important for customers to carefully review and approve all proofs and layouts before we start printing. Once you give the green light, we can’t make changes or issue refunds. We’re not responsible for any errors like typos, incorrect bleeds, grammar issues, or design problems once the job is in production.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Customers should avoid uploading artwork that includes offensive, illegal, or unlicensed content. Your files need to meet our technical requirements:

• Minimum 300 DPI
• CMYK color mode
• At least, 0.125" bleed and safe margins
• Please steer clear of borders to avoid uneven cuts

PRODUCTION AND TURNAROUND

Production time kicks off once we receive full payment and your approval of the print-ready files. Keep in mind that turnaround times don’t account for weekends, holidays, or shipping durations. If you have a time-sensitive order, please coordinate with our team ahead of time.

SHIPPING AND PICK-UP

Once your order leaves our facility, we can’t be held responsible for any shipping delays or damages. Shipping times are just estimates and not guaranteed. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you’ll need to cover the reshipping costs. Also, any pick-up orders that aren’t collected within 30 days will be shipped at the customer’s expense. Just a heads up: we don’t ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

PROMOTIONS

Promotional discounts are applicable only to printing services and don’t include custom quotes, taxes, or shipping fees. Unfortunately, promotions can’t be combined or applied to previous orders.

PRODUCT QUANTITIES

Final product quantities might vary by ±10% due to standard printing tolerances.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Tulumbe Media Limited holds the right to refuse or cancel any order that we find to be obscene, offensive, or unlawful.
NOTE: Once we start production, we won’t be able to make any changes. In such cases, we may charge for any work completed up to the cancellation point.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Terms of Payment will be according to the quotation provided, which includes any taxes and fees that might apply.
If you find yourself needing to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. Once we’ve begun printing, refunds may typically not be available depending on the nature of the work.
If you run into any issues or spot defects with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it.
